thanks gin! we were sold on the windows too. there's also this bizarre exhaust fan in the kitchen that requires a little trapdoor in the wall to be opened...?

it is a nice neighbourhood. it's not wonderful, and it's not uberfashionable like where we're living at the moment. but it's nice and it's going to make a good home.
