i've been to mexico - tijuana, incidentally! - but it was only for about 10 minutes or so. just so that i could say i'd been there.*

that third picture is a-dorable.!

- qite well, thanks! we made it through a month-long rocky patch at the outset [but, as the expression suggests; that had less to do with us and more to do with the grounds being traversed at the time] . in spite of the delay, married bliss has finally caught up with us.!

i'd rather start with a bad month and have better ones thereafter than start with the best month of my life and have everything go downhill from there, y'know?*

haha, it took me a few minutes to work out what you meant. i wish my name could be rearranged to spell something exotic.

i had always imagined it to be hot but in fact it is quite moderate, being so close to the sea. i wish i had been able to capture the chaos of the place. far and away the most chaotic place i've visited.
